Understanding of your mind, body, and alignment with your values will be the foundation of our collaboration. Helping you to improve dialogue between your mind and body can train your brain to reduce negative emotions and behaviors, and increase positive emotions and behaviors. Releasing fears that have been dictating decisions, allowing your innate wisdom to offer clarity on how to get our needs met in healthy ways, even in the most difficult of circumstances.
I allow you to set the pace of therapy and collaborate with you for signs of readiness for change. I am direct and collaborative in my interactions with you to achieve our ultimate goal, do what is best for YOU. Strengthening your authentic attachment to self and others will be a beautiful byproduct of understanding your needs. It would be a privilege to serve you in this way.
I typically meet with clients once a week on a weekly basis. As your symptoms become more manageable, and/or as treatment goals are met, we will discuss the frequency and number of sessions that will continue to meet your, or your family’s needs; and will allow you to sustain the changes you have created for yourself.
I am very excited to offer video therapy to those who may not have the time or flexibility for in office sessions. ID verification and emergency information is required before our first session.
